Pedro Salinas has almost twenty years of experience in real estate. His clients know him for his patiently, dedicated character and his handyman talents whether they are to help you get your house ready to sell or buy. Working alongside Karina has been instrumental to the success of K&P Realty throughout the years. Karina and Pedro have worked incredibly hard to build a top producing business and team.

When Alejandra is not managing multi-million-dollar advertising and marketing campaigns for national brands, she is selling real estate in the city of Chicago. Her marketing and advertising background along with her long-time knowledge of the city of Chicago have proven to be invaluable in guiding clients through the buying, selling and renting of properties.

Aiza is a real estate expert with over 15 years of experience. She first started her real estate career as a mortgage loan officer in major mortgage companies and slowly transitioned as a now full-time real estate broker. Her finance and accounting background make her a one of a kind broker.

As Gabriel learned more and more about the world of investing, he realized that true value not only comes from the use of the investment but also how the product and service makes people feel. Gabriel’s goal is to offer convience at the same time as giving understanding, and the best prices for the least hassle.

Ruben Cruz is an international business professional with working experience in three different countries in top management positions at Fortune 500 companies. Along with being a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Ruben currently manages multimillion dollar accounts as a Real Estate Assets Manager in Chicago and the Northwest Suburbs for Foster Premier Inc. This gives Ruben a strong knowledge of the Real Estate market in the Chicagoland area.
